Yes. Photos are processed securely and deleted after analysis. We do not use your data to train AI models. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

The mobile app and website Maxx Report is designed as an AI-powered beauty analysis tool to help raise awareness of your appearance and provide general insights into potential factors that may affect your aesthetic features. However, it is important to note that Maxx Report is NOT a medical diagnostic tool and should NOT be considered a substitute for professional beauty, cosmetic, or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

While the app can provide general observations and recommendations based on the information you provide, it is crucial to consult with qualified professionals for personalized beauty advice and treatment plans.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.

Supabase: Used for authentication and secure data storage.
OpenAI: Utilized for analyzing the images you upload to generate personalized reports.
Stripe: Handles payment processing securely for the website.
Cloudflare & Render: Provides secure and reliable hosting services.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Image Deletion: Uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after analysis.
Report Deletion: You have full control to delete your reports within the App at any time.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data through the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of I Lov Guitars Inc. or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Lov Guitars Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content provided in the App.
